In our initial meeting, we get to know you and gain an initial overview of the extent to which you are prepared for possible emergencies. We then work out the objectives of the emergency exercise together and agree the next steps with you.
Based on the information gained from the discussion, we will create a customised offer for you, tailored to your needs.
What type of exercise is suitable for you?
In a planning meeting, the participants discuss possible scenarios and procedures based on existing plans. The aim is to identify weaknesses in the concept and promote understanding of the processes.
Staff exercise
The staff exercise simulates the cooperation and decision-making of a crisis team under realistic conditions. The focus is on communication, coordination and decision-making processes within the team.
Framework exercise
The staff framework exercise extends the staff exercise to include external players and complex scenarios. It tests both internal staff work and coordination with external partners and interfaces.
Guided Training
Guided emergency response
As part of our guided emergency exercises, we will deal with the simulated incident together with you. The learning process takes place continuously through practical application and regular feedback.
Collaborated Training
Partially guided emergency response
The partially supervised emergency exercise represents a compromise between the other two types. In this type of exercise, the exercise participants make their own decisions and are supported by us if necessary.
Realistic Training
Independent emergency management
As part of the realistic training, an emergency scenario is simulated, which is managed by the participants independently or in cooperation with their service providers. The realisation is observed by our employees and detailed feedback on individual performance and development is provided afterwards.
As a rule, we carry out our emergency drills by hand and on paper. This ensures that no IT systems and/or business processes are exposed to a real risk. However, in consultation with you and depending on your BCM maturity level, we can also plan and conduct emergency drills outside of the manual and paper process.
Once we have clarified the subject of the service, we will start gathering information and planning the emergency exercise. In this step, we refine the scenario in consultation with you.
We will look at your relevant documentation for planning and information procurement.
The exercise is supported by multimedia. Our experts lead the exercise and provide assistance if required. We also keep a record of the entire exercise.
As part of the personal and collective feedback analysis, the results are discussed with you and presented in a clear report.
