Roadmap

Together, we look at your personal circumstances and work closely with you to develop an approach that will take you to your organisation-specific BCMS. The roadmap takes into account the project objectives and scope, time frame and resource requirements.

Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

The Business Impact Analysis (BIA) is a tool for identifying critical business processes and the necessary resources. The BIA is used to assess the potential impact of a business process failure. The results include the maximum tolerable downtime, the required recovery time and the maximum permissible data loss.

Risk analysis

The business impact analysis is followed by a risk analysis in which risks are identified and evaluated. The target objects of this risk analysis are the resources resulting from the BIA.

Emergency preparedness and response planning

As part of this step, the basic documents for emergency management are created. These include the BCM guideline, the emergency preparedness concept, the emergency manual and applicable plans such as business continuity plans, communication plans and restart and recovery plans.
